clean, interior and exterior.
ran strong
new tires (dunlop SP4K that laste 10K miles, but new anyway)

I paid $13,500. Probably could have gone a bit lower, but didn't want to press my luck as the guy had another person interested. He told me it was stock, but to my pleasant surprise, it already had a Stillen intake and JWT chip installed! So it was WELL worth it to me.
